Joyce Poole Talmadge, 69 of Cartersville, Georgia passed away on Monday, October 28, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 11, 2019 at 2:00pm at Mack Eppinger and Sons Funeral Home Chapel , 210 North Bartow Street, Cartersville, Georgia 30120. The body will lie in state in the chapel from 1:00pm until the hour of service.
