William Sullivan

Mr. William Sullivan, 70 of Cartersville, Georgia passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Chulio Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center in Rome, Georgia. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 11:00am at St. Luke A.M.E. Church, 130 Jones Street, Cartersville, Georgia 30120. The body will lie in state in the church from 10:00am until the hour of service. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. 

William was born to the late John Willie Sullivan Sr. and Ollie Newman Sullivan. He was educated in the Bartow County School System and graduated from Cartersville High School. 

William was a man that loved the Lord and you could always find  him doing what he loved best; praying and speaking about God. He was a faithful member of St. Luke A.M.E. Church until his illness prevented him from attending service and bible study.

He leaves to cherish his memories; one son, Corey Sullivan; siblings, Ollie, LaFrance, Mike, and Eugene (Hazel); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
