Andrea Deneane (Edwards) Arnold

Mrs. Andrea Deneane Arnold, 52 of Rome, Georgia passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at Floyd Health System. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 28, 2023 at 1:00P.M. at New Hope Baptist Church, 106 Fire Tower Road NW, Cartersville, Georgia 30120. The body will lie in state in the church from 12:00P.M. (Noon) until the hour of service. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens, 790 Indian Mound Road SE, Cartersville, Georgia 30120.

At the age of 52, Andrea “DeeDee” Arnold closed her eyes for the last time on July 18, 2023.

Andrea was born to Sylvia Ann Neal and the late Timothy Arnold Edwards on October 6, 1970. She was educated in the Polk County School System, graduating from Rockmart High School. After graduating high school she furthered her education by achieving her Associates and Bachelors Degrees in Science and Business Administration.

She was united in Holy Matrimony on June 24, 1995 to Timothy Alexander Arnold Sr. and to this union two children were born. Her hobbies included crocheting, and spending time with her loved ones. DeeDee will be greatly missed, she was a loving wife, mother, sister and daughter; the world will be a little less brighter without her.

Her father precedes Andrea in death.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Timothy Alexander Arnold, Sr.; children, Andreya Renee Edwards Arnold and Timothy Alexander Arnold, Jr.; sisters, Tina Edwards, Equilla Rochelle Edwards, Destry Michelle Johnson, Kimberlee Lynn Neal, and Natavia Edwards; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Remembering

The beauty of a memory is that it’s always there. Like a penny in your pocket. You can take it anywhere. And when your heart is heavy and your eyes are filled with tears, you can focus on a memory, and travel through the years. Your heart can visit happy times, when laughter filled the air, and the presence of your loved one, will lessen your despair.
