Brenda Dianne Miller, 71 of Cartersville, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 in Temple, Georgia surrounded by her loving family. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. at House of Liberty Church, 10 Womack Drive SE, Cartersville, Georgia 30121. The body will lie in state in the church from 11:00A.M. until the hour of service. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, 319 North Erwin Street, Cartersville, Georgia 30120. Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this time of bereavement.
Brenda Dianne Miller peacefully transitioned on January 29, 2025 leaving behind a legacy of love and faith. Born on October 10, 1953 in Cartersville, Georgia, she was the 4th of 9 children to the late Bennie and Lila Joe Robinson. She grew up in Sugar Valley surrounded by family and was a member of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Brenda’s education began in the Bartow County School System and ended with her graduating from Cass Comprehensive High School.
After High School she married the love of her life Calvin Miller Sr.and had 4 children. Calvin Miller Jr. (Clarissa) Reginald Miller, Marcus Miller (Samantha) and Shanita Williams (Carlos). She also became a member of The House of Liberty in Cartersville, Georgia where she enjoyed her duties as a mother with her favorite Mother and cousin Ms. Hattie Ruth Hill.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Calvin, and her in-laws Lewis and Blanche Miller. She is reunited in rest with her two brothers Jackie and Millard Robinson.
She is survived by her 4 Kids, 11 grandkids, Deseray King (Korrey), Calvin Miller III, (their mother Melissa Miller), Latia Johnson, Titus Hightower, Tamira Hightower, Marcus Miller II, Kalen Williams, Mackenzie Miller, Aiyona Williams, Cyndal Huskins, Naomi Williams, and one great-grand child Kalebb King. She is also survived by 6 siblings Ms Kay F. Robinson (Roderick
Moore), from Jasper, Ga, Mr. Kenneth Robinson, and Ms. Phyllis Robinson of Cartersville, Ga, Mrs. Issie Kennedy (Bruce) of Warner Robbins, Georgia, Ms. Lorraine Fabian of Hyattsville, Maryland, Elder Joel E. Robinson (La’Nira) of Calhoun GA, and brother-in-law Bernard Miller (Joe Ellen) of Madison, AL. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins to mourn her passing.
