Charles W. Benham, Army/ Veteran departed this earth early on Saturday, morning November 1, 2025. He leaves to mourn a sister.Lelia Benham, Mansfield, Ohio and brother David J. Benham of Cartersville, Georgia. Cherished nieces Margo L. Owens, Mansfield, Ohio and Berrie Mabins, Columbus, Ohio
Charles parents Nellie Pearl and Emory Benham, Sr. preceded him to heaven as well as five brothers, Daniel, Joe Mac, Cornelius, Kimboak and Emory Jr. plus stillborn Charlie. He will be sorely missed by other nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives and friends both in Mansfield andDayton/Miamisburg, Ohio where he resided for decades.
Charles was an employee of J.C.Penney Auto Center Mansfield plus Appliance Rentals Center and Couriers Deliveries Dayton, Ohio before his health declined. He will be laid to rest in the Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, Georgia with honors. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this time of bereavement.
