Christine Mitchell

Christine Mitchell, 60 of Acworth, Georgia passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Autumn Breeze Nursing Home in Marietta Georgia. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024 at 2:00P.M. at Mack Eppinger and Sons Funeral Home Chapel, 210 North Bartow Street, Cartersville, Georgia 30120. Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this time of bereavement.

Christine Mitchell was born on January 14, 1960 in Acworth, Georgia to the late Marjorie and Lonnie Mitchell. Christine was educated in the Cobb County School System. After graduating

from Marietta High School in 1978, she joined the United States Army and was Honorably discharged. When Christine returned home, she worked various jobs, including the Marietta Country Club as a custodian. She enjoyed reading the monthly Our Daily Bread books and studying her Bible. Her favorite pastime was completing jigsaw puzzles.

Christine was preceded in death by her two sisters, Mary Ann Mitchell and Laura Jean Mitchell.

She is survived by her four brothers, Nathaniel Mitchell, Archie (Lois) Mitchell, Albert Mitchell and Eddie Kellogg; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
