Due to COVID-19 regulations and guidelines, physical distancing practices will be in place, and ,MASK ARE REQUIRED for those that will be admitted to the service. The family is the main concern during this time of bereavement and space will be limited. We have to ensure the family is able to attend , so there is a possibility of some friends not being admitted. However, the service will be LIVE-STREAMED.

Kettly Jean-Baptiste was born in Port Au Prince Haiti on December 11, 1957 to the late Sylotte Major-Jean-Baptiste and Jean-Claude Jean-Baptiste - pillar of the family. She was the eldest of
eight siblings.
Kettly always had spiritual beliefs, a kind heart, and selflessness. She was the mother of everyone, and loved to be surrounded by children and animals; we were lucky enough to grow up with her. Kettly went to Erasmus Hall High School, and City College where she studied Nursing. Unfortunately, she was unable to achieve her goals, because of her sickness, which interfered
with her studies, despite of her being in and out of hospital. She never stopped pushing, until she gave up the fight with the numerous side effects of her sickness, and other complications.

“My sister had the biggest heart and lived a selfless lifestyle, always providing and looking out for others. She would never think about herself, only other people. Everything she said would
bring light into other people lives and makes them laughs and smiles. Kettly was very peaceful and positive, always bringing a positive light to those around her, and very trustworthy. It is no
doubt that she was a charismatic and loving individual, always seeing the best in everyone else. She was very respectful of others and always meant well with the word. She was such a
delightful person to be around because of her pure heart.” -Marjorie Jean-Baptiste

Kettly is survived by her father, Jean Claude; and siblings, Price, Marie, Herold, Carline, Serge, Marjorie and Brice Jean-Baptiste. She also leaves behind her nieces and nephews, Joseph,
Daniel, Adam, Macknair, Chaline, Eric, Pearl, Godline, Kelsey, Destiny, Kelly, Grand Nieces/Nephews: Sa’Nyai, Elijah, Alannah, Prince, Ja’Mari, and numerous other loved ones,
family members, and friends.
