Mr. John Waddell Campbell, Jr., 64, of Holly Springs, Georgia, formerly of Cartersville, Georgia, passed on Sunday, March 16, 2025. A Funeral Service for Mr. Campbell will take place on Saturday, March 29, 2025, 12:00 P.M. at Mack Eppinger & Sons Funeral Home Chapel, 210 N. Bartow Street, Cartersville, Georgia 30120. He will lie in-state from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of service. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this time of bereavement. This service will be LIVE-STREAMED.
Mr. Johnny Waddell Campbell, Jr. was born on October 13, 1960 to Johnny Waddell Campbell, Sr. and Betty Ruth Moore, in Cartersville, Georgia. On Sunday, March 16, 2025, Johnny peacefully passed away. He was a very good and lovely person, and often times kept to himself. Johnny was educated in Bartow County School System and was a graduate of Cartersville High School.
Although Johnny was an introvert, he enjoyed playing basketball and golf, as well as cooking and listening to music. He also was a hard worker. His employers and coworkers always had great things to say about him.
Johnny was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Harvey Gamble, Don Allison, and Teressa Allison.
Left to cherish his loving memories are his siblings, Paul Campbell, Anthony Campbell, Hope Campbell (Egini), Ronnie Campbell, and Julia Holland; and host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, loved ones and friends.
