Her Life Story
Based on Proverbs 31: 10-31
Tiffany Marie (nee Martin) Brooks entered this earthly realm on Friday, March 29th, 1985, being born at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio and was received joyfully by her parents, Brien
and Taryn (nee Freeman) Martin. She earned the nickname “Tippy Toes” because she walked everywhere on her toes! Confessing her faith in Christ Jesus and accepting Him as her personal Savior gave her joy and at eight (8) years of age was baptized at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church,Roswell, GA by her Pastor and Dad, Brien E. Martin. While a member there, Tiffany loved to serve and help others and participated in Children’s Church, the Youth Choir, Vacation Bible School, and other events in that local community. In later years, Tiffany united with Sardis
Missionary Baptist Church, Kennesaw, GA under the leadership of her father, Pastor Dr. Brien E. Martin and became a member of the choir.
Tiffany was the oldest of 5 daughters born to the union of Brien and Taryn. In 1986, her parents relocated to East Point, Georgia where she received her formal education in the Georgia School System and excelled as a student.
She had a passion for art and shared her creative artwork with family and friends. Her studious attitude, along with the love and care she expressed through helping family and others, helped to establish the path for her journey in life. Tiffany attended and graduated from Lassiter High School in 2003. After her mother passed in February 1996, Tiffany was a great help to her Dad in keeping order with her sisters creating a sisterly bond like no other. In 1998 their Dad united in marriage with Temetress Boyd. With that new union, Tiffany and her sisters gained a Bonus Mom plus two (2) brothers; Rodriguez and Tavarius. Brien and Temetress (MeMe) raised this blended family of seven (7) with care and love.
Tiffany Marie married her sweetheart, the love of her life, Maurice “Tempo” Brooks on June 17, 2006. Their union was blessed with Mikaylah Lynette and Josiah Tayshawn Brooks. She was a
super Bonus Mom to Amaia and Malachi Brooks rounding this family unit out to a group of
six (6). Tiffany was very family oriented and worked hard to always put her husband and children first. She was a great homemaker and strived to keep her family happy. In addition to caring for and loving her family, she was also very protective of her sisters. She was the mommy-sister, a real mother hen! With a passion for learning, caring for others and to strengthen her family,
Tiffany became employed at Home Depot. Her character, conduct and conversation were a bright light that shined into the lives of co-workers and customers alike. She had a personality that allowed her to touch endless lives and transform many people that came into her presence, simply by being who she was: God-fearing, loving, compassionate, and sweet. The integrity and work ethic she displayed allowed her to climb the ranks ending her thirteen (13) years of employment there as a Front-End Supervisor. She had recently resigned and was excited for a new employment opportunity of which she was soon to begin, but God had other plans and a greater promotion for her. Tiffany had a contagious laugh, a bubbly disposition, was honorable, and could be silly to the point that if you were sad or discouraged, you couldn’t help but laugh. That was one way she tried to encourage others, Additionally, if you really knew Tiffany, then you knew that she was a real beauty guru. She was stylish and her make-up was always “on point!” Her favorite colors were rose gold and teal, especially since it represented one of her favorite store names,Tiffany and Company. Tiffany was genuine in her love for God, her husband, children, parents, brothers, all family members and especially her sisters Our beloved Tiffany Marie Martin Brooks transitioned peacefully to life eternal on Sunday, October 24, 2021–reuniting with family and now in the presence of God. Tiffany will be cherished and remembered forever by
