Ronald Heard, affectionately called “Ronnie” was born on July 21. 1953 in Cartersville, Georgia to the late John O. Heard and Pauline Beavers Heard. On Monday, April 18, 2022, Ronnie heard the voice of God call his name and he entered into eternal peace and rest. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Jonnie Mae Heard.
Ronnie accepted Christ at an early age at the St. James AME Church in Cassville. He was educated in the Bartow County School System and graduated from Cass High School.
His employment experience was at Dan River Carpet Company and Phoenix Air Corporation.
Ronnie endured some health challenges but was determined to keep on pushing forward. He was an avid golfer. He participated in several golf tournaments. He enjoyed going fishing. Ronnie loved getting the family and friends together. He was always planning cook-outs, egg hunts, reunions and anything where we could be together. He was proud of his cooking skills. He was always wanting to share his delicacies with anyone who would partake of them, especially his biscuits. Ronnie even tried his hand at gardening. He touched so many people with his
kind heart and loving spirit. He certainly left an indelible foot print and will be truly missed.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving and devoted sister, Ernestine Heard of Cassville.GA,; and a large host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19 regulations and guidelines, physical distancing practices will be in place, and MASK ARE REQUIRED for those that will be attending the service.
