Shataisha Marie Pension

Shataisha Marie Pension, 37 of Cartersville, Georgia passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at her residence. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024 at 11:00AM at Mack Eppinger and Sons Funeral Home Chapel, 210 North Bartow Street, Cartersville, Georgia 30120. Shataisha Marie Pension a resident of Cartersville, Georgia was born in Bronx, New York on July 2,1986 to Samuel Pension and Cynthia Rose Moore. On Wednesday June 19, 2024 she entered into her eternal home at the age of 37. She was a sweet loving mother, sister, Tee-Tee, and friend to many. A loving and caring mother to Serenity, Trinity, Infinity, and Legend. 

“Taisha” grew up and lived in the Armuchee, Georgia area. She attended Hillcrest Baptist Church early in her life.  Her smile greeted many customers around Cartersville while she worked at Krystal’s. She was good spirited, resilient, and always found a way to survive during challenging times. While never giving up, her children were the source of her pride and joy. 

She was preceded in death by Tyrus Pension, W.T. Pension, and Jerome Pension.

Shataisha leaves to cherish her loving memory; her sister, Lachundra Hannon (Jeremy); niece Zayriah; nephew Kayden; brother, Roland Johnson; sister, Caprisha Prescott; and brother, Richard Prescott; and a host of other relatives and friends that loved her.
