Terence Lydell Moore, Sr. was born on October 31, 1974 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Valerie Janice Bell and J.C.Wilcher. He was educated in the Duval County School System attending Biltmore ED White School in Jacksonville, Florida and graduated from Brunswick Job Corps, where he furthered his learning and vocational training.
Terence accepted Christ at an early age and embodied Christian principles in the devotion and love he showed for taking care of his family, those connected to him and the work of his hand. On October 26, 2013 Terence was joined in Holy Matrimony to the love of his life and best friend Tikeisha Longino. Their love was one that was strong, everlasting and destined. In addition to being a family man, father, husband, brother, uncle, and cousin to many. All that knew him loved him.
Terence was an avid sports fan. He loved football and basketball. He was a fan of the Los Angeles Lakers, Georgia Bulldogs, and occasionally the Atlanta Falcons. Terence was employed with Shaw Industries with over eight years of dedicated service as a Master Electrician. He obtained his Associates Degree in Business Management and was working towards his Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering at Kennesaw State University.
His mother, Valerie Janice Bell, precedes him in death.
Terence leaves to cherish his loving memories, his loving and devoted wife, Tikeisha Moore; sons, Terence Lydell Moore, Jr., Trevin Moore, T.J. Horton and Trendon Horton; sister, Darlene Bell-Villegas (Astono); brother, Johnny Bell (Michelle); twenty-five siblings of J.C. Wilcher; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, co-workers, neighbors and other relatives.
Due to COVID-19 regulations and guidelines, physical distancing practices will be in place, and MASK ARE REQUIRED for those that will be admitted to the service. The family is the main concern during this time of bereavement and space will be limited. We have to ensure the family is able to attend the service, so there is a possibility of some friends not being admitted. However, the service will be LIVE-STREAMED.
