Mr. Will Henry Hutchen, 83 of Cartersville, Georgia passed away quietly on Thursday, October 28, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this time of bereavement. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 11:00AM at Sunset Memory Gardens , 790 Indian Mound Road SE, Cartersville, GA 30120.
Due to COVID-19 regulations and guidelines, physical distancing practices will be in place, and MASK ARE REQUIRED for those that will be attending the service. The family is the main concern during this time of bereavement and space will be limited. We have to ensure the family is able to attend the service, so there is a possibility of some friends not being admitted. However, the service will be LIVE-STREAMED.
Will Henry Hutchen was born November 11, 1937 in Taylorsville,Georgia to the late Charlie Hutchen , Sr. and Vannie Beck Albert Hutchen. He was educated in the Bartow County School System. He joined Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church at an early age and attended faithfully until his failed.
Will retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber after many years of service. After working for Shaw Industry for several years he retired for the last time. Over the years he worked many odd jobs mainly with his good friend the late Rueben Peeks.
His joys in life were his family, especially his grandbabies, who in his sight could do no wrong.
Will is preceded in death by his wife, Annette Moore Hutchen; sons Jerry Hutchen; brothers, Charlie, Jr. and Lee Paul; and sister, Elizabeth Hutchen Owens.
He leaves to cherish his memories; sons, Larry (Trena) Hutchen, Ronald (Charlotte) Turner, Antoinette (William) Heard, Gary (Cheryl) Turner, and David (Maria) Turner; sisters, Pearlie Jackson, Betty Parker, Nancy Turner and Peggy (James) Owens; brother, George Hutchen; sister-in-law, Jan Dillard; brother-in-law, Mark Moore; and special care giver and grandson Tremaine Heard;and a very special granddaughter, Brandei Turner Harris; ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
