Mr. William Alonzo Durham, Jr., 70, of Cartersville, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2020. The family has opted to have private viewing. Please keep this family in your prayers as they go through this time of bereavement.

William Alonzo Durham, Jr. was born June 15, 1949 to the late William and Lizzie Mary Durham. He was educated in the Bartow County School System. During his lifetime everyone referred to him as "Lonzo". He was loved by many, especially his kids and his grandchildren. Listening to music and working on cars was his favorite past time. If it was broke, Lonzo knew he could fix it.

William is preceded in death by his parents; a loving daughter, Carla; brothers, Howard and John Durham; and sister, Sallie Lou Durham.

Lonzo leaves to cherish his love, Betty Jean Winters; daughters, Ada Wilson and Gail Banks; brothers, Willie Mark Durham of Austell, GA.; sister, Ophelia Snelling of Marietta, Ga., and Teresa Durham of Cartersville, GA.; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
