Willie Lewis Bryant

Mr. Willie Lewis "Paul" Bryant, 73, of Cartersville, Georgia passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 7, 2021.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 12, 2021 at 11:00AM at Mack Eppinger and Sons Funeral Home Chapel, 210 North Bartow Street, Cartersville, Georgia 30120.

Due to COVID-19 regulations and guidelines, physical distancing practices will be in place, and MASK ARE REQUIRED for those that will be attending the service. The family is the main concern during this time of bereavement and space will be limited. We have to ensure the family is able to attend the service so there is a possibility of some friends not being admitted. However the service will be LIVE-STREAMED.

Willie Lewis Bryant was born to Mrs. Iva Louise Bailey and Willie Lewis Bryant at Howell & Ovillian Hospital in Cartersville, Georgia on September 3, 1947. Willie was a student of the Bartow County School System. Upon completing his education , he gained employment at C.W.Matthews Paving Company. He was a dedicated employee for many years and remained there until his health failed.

At an early age , he joined Damascus Baptist Church. He was known to many as "Paul". He never met a stranger and was a dear friend to everyone.

Willie was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Loved Bryant;and a  brother, Walter Ray Bryant.

He leaves to cherish his memory ; three sisters, Carolyn Lewis, Jessie Thomas, and Grace Gardhigh; two brothers, Chet James and Phillip (Tracy) James; an aunt, Geraldine Huston,; an uncle, Maylo (Roslyn) Bailey; a very special niece, Iva Banks, who was like a daughter to him; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
