Arlene, my dearest friend. Words cannot express the emptiness that I feel. We've known each other since we were 3 years old. You were the sister I never had. You knew how special you were to me. I pray God will take her in his arms and protect her family in this time of bereavement. I will always love you Arlene.

Arlene was such a devoted wife and mother. She and her husband, Richard, raised 2 beautiful, God-fearing children. She will be missed by her family, her community as well as her church.
